Credit FAQs

Credits are non-transferable. Your email address is attached to your credit and must be used at checkout for the promocode to be applied. You can however place an order and then transfer your ticket to a friend once your item has been paid in full.

Credits are non-refundable, as per our terms and conditions agreed to upon purchase.

Unfortunately, this credit can only be used for tickets or lodging.

2024 tickets will go on sale September 15th at 12 PM PST.

This credit does not guarantee you a ticket. Please be sure to purchase a ticket before they sell out.

Once the Ticket Portal is live on September 15th, simply add the items you wish to purchase in your cart. During the checkout process, you'll encounter a designated field where you can input your promocode to have it applied to your order total.
