For the past 30 or so years “I” (Martin L Busy Bee Carter) or just Marty, has been performing across Western Canada as a Founding member of an original Art Rock, Reggae, Blues band originally called Moon Shadow and now called New Moon. I have played as a professional musician with numerous groups and DJs in the studio and in live performances, specializing in flutes and saxophones, didgeridoo, harmonica, singing and various percussion.

One of my many passions is to share my love of music and continue to be an eternal student of life, always learning and hopefully teaching, mostly by example’s of true dedication towards creating incredible music. I have participated in many performances during the evolution of this amazing event called Shambhala and feel honored to have contributed in my own special way to the continuing evolution of this cutting edge festival.
