There will be 10,000 tickets made available for Shambhala Music Festival 2012, held August 10th-13th at the Salmo River Ranch in British Columbia. Ticket holders gain entry on Friday August 10th at 8 am. Early entry is available for an additional cost on August 8th and on August 9th, 2012.

Online tickets for the 2012 festival went on sale October 21st, 2011. Both extra early birds and early birds sold out within the first 24 hours – that’s 4000 tickets!! Tickets continued to sell quickly, with online tickets completely selling out on November 7th 2011 – a mere seventeen days after going on sale!!

Tickets were then released through our five retail locations on December 3rd, 2011. The turn-out was huge, with line ups of over a hundred people in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Shambhala staff traveled to all locations to meet and greet, and help take food donations for local food banks. Together we donated nearly 700 lbs of food!!

Recently, a new location has been added to the ticket store list in Kelowna BC. Tickets will be available on December 30th 2011 at Hemp City!

No store can offer:

- pre-sale of tickets
- taking a list of names
- taking payment over the phone
- holding tickets
- purchasing more than three (3) per person
- mailing tickets out

Shambhala is an adult-oriented event – and as such this year all guests must be 19+. Anyone born after Aug 8th 1993 will be denied entry to the grounds. ID’s will be checked in store before ticket purchase.

To ensure that your ticket is valid, please buy from authorized ticket stores only. Shambhala is unable to guarantee the validity of a ticket not purchased from an authorized vendor, and does not provide verification services. Please take steps to protect yourself by checking out the FAQ to see what the Shambhala staff recommend if you’re purchasing a ticket from a third party!!

Receiving a ticket in the mail?

Tickets are sent by registered mail, and will require ID and a signature in order to be released from a resident at the house listed on the order. Canada Post will attempt a delivery to your address, and if you are not home, they will leave a “parcel pick up notice” and require you to pick up your order from your local postal outlet. Orders will be held at the post office for fifteen days before being sent back to our office. If your order is returned to us, you will have to pay the $11+HST reshipment fee to have it sent out again or placed onto the will call list.

NO REFUNDS or exchanges on lost, stolen or unused tickets.

At the Shambhala gate, your ticket will be scanned and bar code scribbled on, to indicate that it has been used. You will then get to keep it!
