Tickets are sent by registered mail. You must sign to
receive them. If you are not home when a delivery attempt is made,
Canada Post will leave a parcel pick-up notice, directing you to the
nearest Postal Outlet. Shipping time is up to three weeks. If you do
not receive your tickets within 3 weeks, please contact us.

Online ticket sales will not be mailed out after
purchase date of July 13, 2008. All orders placed after that date will
be held at the gate as "Will Call" tickets. Will Call patrons will be
given detailed instructions on how to retrieve their tickets when the
order is placed. Online sales for Shambhala 2007 will cease August 1,
2008.
