Join our SMF MEDIA TEAM 2012!!

Our 2012 SMF Media Team application will online March 12th 2012. There is a two week window for submissions.

Yes, we invite photographers, videographers and lovers of Shambhala to apply to be on our Media Team!   Submissions will be judged according to their artistic merit, ability to capture emotive moments, storytelling and professional quality.  In addition to an early entry ticket, team members will have an all access media pass (with some restrictions), access to our Media Centre and have their work profiled on our website.   Shambhala Music Festival Inc. will have non-exclusive rights to use this material in our festival promotional material.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS:

Shambhala does not permit any filming on site with professional equipment unless authorized with a SMF Media pass.  This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who professionally films any performance or an act or DJ, or any location on Salmo River Ranch.

If you are using professional gear, you MUST obtain a Media Pass.  Again, this includes any videographer or photographer shooting personally for any DJ, performer or stage.
