Event Staff are an important part of all festivals, and this one is no exception. Event Staff help make Shambhala what it is and they are invaluable to everyone. Not only does Event Staff go above and beyond with all their hours of hard work, but they set the tone for the special community created for 6 days on the Salmo River Ranch.

If you are dedicated to the festival and are passionate about the farm, we are looking for you. We need staff of all kinds, from carpenters and plumbers to greeters and clean team. We are looking for the true Shambhalaites, warriors of the heart, who are ready to give their time and energy into making Shambhala the best festival of it's kind.
