I remember seeing DJ soups set in 2007. Fantastic, mind blowing, soul melting, etc.
But now I am confused as to who the real DJ Soup is. The ONLY Dj Soup I found following that set that year was a tall black guy and I frequented his website frequently listening to his mixes. I swear I seen him once behind me at Shambhala and I didn't talk to him, and I look back again 3 seconds later when I do a double take and think "Woah was that really him, the guy who melted my existence for a many gnarly hours?" but I turned and looked back and he was gone.
There was a guy with a megaphone, and he was white, and since then the website has been taken down and now i just see this white guy everywhere and I am not sure what to think... He said he was DJ Soup from the kootenays in his blog, and his mixes were still fly to this day. I am just not sure what to think.

I beleive DJ Soup is the Stage Director for the Pagoda and is also known as DiscoFari
